Zero-Harm Culture

At Recon Corporation, health and safety are not just compliance requirements—they are the foundation of our operational excellence. We maintain strict OSHA compliance across all utility-scale and community solar projects, ensuring every team member returns home safely every day.

Our commitment is demonstrated through continuous onsite safety training, daily JHA briefings, and a proactive risk mitigation framework that identifies hazards before they impact our workforce or stakeholders. We empower every individual on site with stop-work authority, fostering an environment where vigilance and protection are shared responsibilities.

Strict adherence to federal and state health regulations.

Field Training

Specialized onsite training for electrical and machinery safety.

Lifecycle Quality Assurance

Engineered for Decades of Reliable Performance

Phase I: Procurement

We work with established suppliers and review key specifications before materials arrive on site. Major components are sourced from vetted vendors with documented performance history. This upfront attention to materials reduces rework, supports consistent quality, and helps our crews build with confidence.

Phase II: Construction Oversight

Continuous field oversight ensures that installation follows design. Our Quality Control team performs daily walk-throughs and milestone inspections, identifying and correcting deviations in real-time to prevent rework and ensure site integrity.

Phase III: Commissioning

The final phase involves stringent performance testing, including IV-Curve tracing and thermal imaging. We provide full commissioning reports that validate the system's operational readiness and long-term energy yields.

Certifications & Compliance

Recon Corporation maintains a rigorous standard of excellence through adherence to international solar benchmarks and industry-leading safety protocols. Our commitment to quality is validated by specialized certifications and a culture of continuous improvement across every project phase.
