Inflation Reduction Act and Adjustable Block Program Participant
As an approved Designee of the Illinois Power Agency and proud member of the ABC of Illinois, RECON is committed to successfully meeting the requirements of both the Inflation Reduction Act (“IRA”) and Adjustable Block Program “(ABP”) on participating projects.
RECON believes that education, knowledge, and action is the key to successfully achieving the IRA and ABP compliance project goals. RECON endeavors to achieve this through sharing of educational links, continuing guidance on the IRA and ABP, training opportunities, and communicating with our subcontractors with compliance kick off meetings at the onset of projects. As partners, we feel this will support a clear understanding on compliance requirements and open the door to solid communications that will ensure mutual success for RECON and its subcontractors.
All subcontractors working with RECON Corporation will be subject to the requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act (“IRA”) and Adjustable Block Program “(ABP”) when working on participating projects.
