William LakeOPERATIONS DIRECTOR
William Lake has been with RECON since March 2019, steadily advancing through roles such as laborer, crew lead, site superintendent, and most recently, Operations and Safety Director. As the head of field operations, Will ensures that all projects are completed safely by overseeing the training and staffing of field personnel. He is also responsible for managing all training, safety equipment, and adherence to contractual safety requirements for every project at RECON Corporation. William’s extensive experience in various aspects of solar construction makes him an invaluable member of the RECON team.
