Matt Warren has been a part of Recon Corporation since its founding in 2014. As the Secretary and Treasurer, Matt is responsible for corporate reporting and financial operations. Serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he provides financial leadership and strategic direction for the company.

Matt holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint. With over 30 years of experience in construction finance and more than 10 years in solar financial management, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to Recon. He is also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran.
