Julie Smith now serves as Recon’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), following her previous role as Risk Management Director since June 2021. As COO, Julie oversees operational strategy, risk management, and policy implementation across the company. With 28 years of experience in construction contract negotiation and corporate policy development, she brings strategic leadership and industry insight to Recon’s executive team.

• 28 years of construction contract negotiation and corporate policy management experience
• 7 years of solar industry experience
• Expertise in lien law across multiple states
• Current President of the CFMA Mid Michigan Chapter of Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA)
