John Maxwell has been with RECON Corporation since its founding in 2014. As the company's first employee, John has excelled in various roles as the organization has grown. In 2022, he assumed the position of Senior Project Manager, becoming the lead and most experienced Project Manager at RECON, with a focus on large-scale renewable energy projects. John leverages over thirty years of construction management experience and his expertise in safety, operations, and construction techniques, both for inside and outside electrical work, to ensure the successful completion of RECON’s renewable energy projects.
