Jackson Maxwell has been a Project Manager for RECON since March 2020. In this role, he leads the project management team and oversees all aspects of the projects assigned to him. His responsibilities include project costing, forecasting, managing change orders, estimating change orders, coordinating with utilities, interacting with owners and clients, leading weekly construction meetings, managing subcontractor work, procuring materials and equipment, and handling various other functions related to solar construction project management. His engineering degree provides him with a solid background for understanding and interpreting drawings and addressing complex issues that arise during construction, making him a valuable asset to RECON Corporation.
Credentials: 

• 7 years of Project Management experience
• 4 years as a Construction Project Manager
• 3 years as a Project Manager for Engineering and Manufacturing Processes
• Engineering Degree obtained in 2018
• 4 years of Solar Experience
